Want more business ? Take a Vacation at the Inman Conference !
I have read in the past that one constant rule of thumb to do more business is simply to go on vacation. For this is the best time for leads and prospects to call to sell or to buy (when you are away) ! Well to add to that, I would suggest to take your vacation to the Inman Conference, combining great fun with insightful information !
As a result, we have scheduled two listing appointments for tomorrow, one for Sunday (who has 3 properties to sell), one for Monday and one for Wednesday as well as a new buyer looking to see properties for the first time tomorrow.
So.... that rule of thumb does work !! Stephanie and I joked to each other we should go on vacation more often !!! And the added benefit of going on vacation to the Inman Confernece (Real Estate Connect 2009) is that you can learn so much at the same time.
We have a lot of thoughts, insights and blog material that we will be sharing over the next week or so in terms of some of the information that we picked up at the Inman Conference.
Below are just a few of the photos in the beginning part of our trip. The first is 30th Street Station as we took the train to New York City which turned out to be an excellent choice (so relaxing, comfortable and most importantly stress-free) ! The next couple are views from our room on the 34th floor of the Marriort Marquis in Times Square.
