Now you can have interior designers make over your home....without them entering it. I Heart Design is an e-decor service that will consult with you through email to set you up with some new digs.
All they ask is that you measure your floor plans and take up to 12 photos per room to send to them via email. Include which furniture you'd like them to re-use in their design and fill out a questionnaire. I Heart Design will send you a quote within two business days.
Why offer interior design services online? The creative women behind I Heart Design wanted to reach out to everyone, everywhere, and this was the way to do it. Even if they can't physically jet over to your condo in Old City to have a looksee, they can still lend their talents and unique home ideas to virtually anyone. They define edecor as "the online creation of beautiful, custom interiors for your home; designed by high-end interior designers, installed by you", and "the future of budget-friendly interior design".
So whether it's Wall Street or Walnut Street, they have solutions that they promise are more economical than a typical designer's fee. In three weeks, they'll mail a custom plan to your doorstep, which includes paint cards, spec cards with furniture for each room, a window treatment card, a tape measure, two rolls of tape to map out your furniture, a pencil and post-its, and a client card to access your online design board.
