What refreshing words these were to hear from a seller ! The above was an email received from a seller in 
regards to an escrow release on her deal. Her buyer did not perform. I already replaced the buyer with another buyer. And a prior buyer had already defaulted. In that case, the situation was different and I fought for the buyer to forfeit their deposit which they did release half. In this case, the situation was a little bit different which I mentioned to the seller and the seller agreed.
By the way, this is a short sale deal.
And by the way, most sellers it seems would fight and scream to keep something.
And by the way, a little Karma does seem to come back to you in many ways.
And by the way, a little negative Karma for those that seem to fight and scream seems to bite them in the ass, if not now, then later on in life...
