Have you found yourself spending a little too much time on the internet ? It is not difficult with all the things that you can do no matter what industry you are in. Especially adding on your blogging and social media strategy. And on top of that mobile applications ! It can be awesome and overwhelming at the same time.
Recently I have found myself having this pain in my neck and I think it has something to do with looking down at the computer too much or looking down at my mobile device as I am reading emails all day, checking in on 4square and the like.
Often times, I have found myself wexting (walking and texting) or doing something similar as I go from place to pace. By the way, this can be dangerous, especially in the city, so be careful !
Thus, we can get so intense with our online strategies that we forget to take the moment to look up. Look up and enjoy the sunrise or the sunset or the beautiful day. Look up and participate with the people around you. Look up and go for a drive or do something that you have been wanting to do for a bit. Turn the computer off and the mobile phone off and enjoy the day !! Enjoy your world !!!
Maybe that muscle in the back of your neck will thank you as well !
