Bench Marketing - What is Your Opinion ?
Stephanie and I went to the super market today to do some grocery shopping and saw a bench outside draped with a Realtors marketing on it. There were some people sitting on it so initially you could not see all of it. It reminded me of several pitches I have received in the past to be the exclusive Realtor for this exact same opportunity. I almost did it, but changed my mind. So today, I debated my decision and think I made the right choice. I just do not think folks are thinking real estate when they are at the super market. What are your thoughts ?
As a Realtor or being in the industry, is this something you have done or would you consider doing as part of your marketing budget ?
As a consumer, when you go to a grocery store, do you think this type of marketing is effective ?
