Referrals in the Rain ! A Power Story: From Philadelphia to Tucson !
Yesterday, I received a referral check in the mail. It was a pleasant surprise. Who isn't happy when they receive a check out of the blue ?
What is more interesting to me is how this referral came about and how special and powerful not only your 
referral network is, but how powerful Active Rain can be.
I received a call from a potential seller who saw one of our blogs that we wrote on Short Sales and asked if we could help him. We said fine, but then he said he was in Arizona. So we told him that we would refer him to another expert. I went through the Active Rain search and found Mike Jones, a highly respected mortgage professional who then referred me to Kevin Wood in Tucson. His quote to me was "You will not go wrong". And he was right !
Thank you Mike for the great referral and thank you Kevin for handling a difficult short sale !
What is most impressive to me is how instrumental Active Rain was in the process for this consumer to have a successful transaction ! Now that is power ! And yes, I am happy to have received the referral check as well !
