I have 5 fashion couture tips for the all of the Real Estate Guys out there. When I wrote about How to be a SEXY Real Estate Celebrity for the ladies, inspired by the HGTV stars of "Selling New York", I neglected to say that men can be fashionistas, too !
Where else can you find the latest looks for men than at the Inman Conference in the fashion capital of the world, NYC?

Meet Dale below, better known as the The Video Real Estate Rock Star of Vancouver Washington, and the sole author of 365 things to do in Vancouver Washington.
Tip #1: A well appointed LOGO-T can double as a functional promotional piece and a wearable pop art fashion statement.
TIP #2: (Above) Dale shows his dark side with trend on dark wash jeans. A nice contrast and equally hot ensemble is the washed jean look and plaid shirt worn by Derick (Below). This look says, "I am totally comfortable in Armani but my butt looks great in these Levis!"

TIP 4: No outfit is complete without Accessories. Never go anywhere without:
a) The "Coffee Cup" - Local Brew and a biodegradable cup of course.
b) SMART PHONE (fashionably hidden from view) so you can check in on FourSquare and do a quick Posterous blog while in line for your delicious brew. Sharing hyper local info about your neighborhood businesses is where it's at, bro! Word.
