April showers bring May flowers, right? Sayings tend to ring true, in our experience. The weather in the spring once again proves unpredictable. At least here in Philadelphia.
That is why this week's tip is to keep an umbrella everywhere. Go nuts. Keep one in your car, one at work, and one at home. Give a cool umbrella as a gift to a friend or a colleague when appropriate. No house is a home without a place to put an umbrella stand for your umbrella and no wardrobe is complete without the go to umbrella on that occasional rainy day. I got caught in the rain today without one. Lesson learned...the wet way.
My favorite is the retro clear bubble umbrella that keeps you super dry even when the wind picks up. My second favorite is a plain understated yet sophisticated black pointy umbrella that makes you feel a little more dapper than usual when carrying it open or closed.
