We just bought a new gadget - A Flip Video !!! Right after hearing Wellcome Mat's presentation at Real Estate Bar Camp Philadelphia, Chris and I literally ran to the nearest Best Buy to buy the Flip Video.
I hate reading instructions. I loathe manuals. I am more of a picture kind of a gal. Therefore, I am still trying to figure out how to fully use my MacBook after 2 months (which I love by the way). I pulled the video camera out of the box and just started pushing buttons.
So, when we went on the listing appointment for 50 N front Street, Unit 203 in Old City, I thought "Here's my chance to create a masterpiece!"
So, Drum roll please... Here is my very first try at video !

To my surprise (being utterly unaware of how excellent the audio feature is on the Flip Video) I caught great candid audio of Chris finishing up the paperwork on the new listing. I caught the sounds of a few other things too !!
A few questions I have for the video experts:
- Is there a way to mute out the audio ?
- How can you embed the whole video frame in the blog post verus just a link ?
