Here is how the conversation goes:
The Somers: "Dave, Hi. Sorry to bother you so late in the evening. One of our rental properties has a flooded basement. I think the sewage line backed up. We need your help!"
Dave: "No problem. What's the address?"
Later that night...
Dave: "I am here at the property. Yup. It's the sewage line alright. We'll pull the permits tomorrow and have the basement fixed up in no time."
The Somers: "Thanks so much. You are a life saver!"
Dave: "Just doing my job."
