2011 Tulip Street: Life is Not Complete Without a Finished Basement

Finished basements add another dimension of awesomeness to homes such as 2011 Tulip Street in Fishtown. We know everyone in the family will want to have their say on how to use a versatile finished basement with wall to wall carpeting and natural light. This finished basement even includes a powder room.

Cave in. Man Cave. Woman Cave. Baby Cave. Can't decide? How about Everyone's Cave? No matter what kind of cave... Keep all of that gear in one place and out of site in the basement and not in your living room.

Hotel Tulip. Don't have space for guests? Sure you do. Transform the basement into a cozy guest room, perfect for the in-laws and out-of-town friends. Give them a neighborhood bed-and-breakfast experience, instead of a stay at a downtown hotel.

Game on.  Do you have more gaming systems than you know what to do with? Your own Xbox Game Center for those at-home dance-offs will require some space, and this finished basement could easily be it.

Exhibitionist. You paint, draw, sculpt, design, create. Shouldn't you have a unique space to do it in?

Store It. It's never too late to get organized, especially when you've got the extra space...

Book Club. Host a book club, a wine tasting, a dinner party, or simply have a ready-to-go space for baby showers, graduation parties, and sleepovers.

Sweat it Out. Your own home gym or yoga studio...without the crowd and loud music.
