Real Estate Benefits a Spanish Community in Philadelphia
Our team member Jeanette Mendez had a successful settlement for her listing on the 2100 block of Front
Street in Old Kensington. Her settlement will benefit the community and is certainly a success story.
The sellers were a small investment group associated with the 1st Spanish Baptist Church of Philadelphia
located on the 2344 N Hancock Street in West Kensington (19133). The Pastor of the church, Richard
Guzman, and Carmen Maldenado, a friend and church member, can be seen in the photograph below with their Realtor Jeanette at the closing.
With the proceeds of the sale, Pastor Richard has plans to build a new youth recreation center. It is
something that is very much needed according to Jeanette, since their youth ministry is absolutely
enormous. Their church building is large enough to accommodate their vision to turn the unused open space in the rear of the church into a place where children of all ages can enjoy fellowship, friends, and of course lots of fun.
We congratulate Jeanette and wish the 1st Spanish Baptist Church of Philadelphia our very best as they
move forward with their goals!

Iglesia es grande sufisente para cumplir su vision. Cojer el espasio no usado el la Iglesia para ninos de
toda edad que puedan disfutar de amistades y congregarse y qozarse.
