231 -235 N 2nd St in Old City - 2 units are now Rented !
813 N Hancock Street Unit 4 Rented Fast in Northern Liberties !
1318 N 6th St Unit 1- 100% Occupied Triplex in Old Kensington!
We like what we're seeing with these positive changes in the real estate market. Typically as the demand for rentals increase so does the increase of buyers, especially with the current low mortgage rates and the extended and expanded tax credit , both of which are great signs for consumers looking to rent or buy and sellers looking to list their homes for rent or for sale.
