Philadelphia Named in top 10 Big City Art Destinations
In the June edition of American Style magazine, Philadelphia was named the 9th best big city art destination in the United States ! If you live in Philadelphia or have visited Philadelphia, this is no surprise. Stephanie and I have been thrilled with the openings of so many new art galleries all over the city. And recently, we have helped many artists purchase real estate in neighborhoods such as Fishtown and Old Kensington. In our opinion, where there are many artists that purchase real estate and where art thrives so does real estate values ! This is what happened and is happening in Northern Liberties as well - see Northern Liberties is in Business Weeks top 15 real estate buying opportunties .
The 2009 poll marks the 12th Reader's Choice contest for Top 25 American Art Destinations. When voting, readers are asked to pick destinations that are exciting, reliable, and budget-minded.
