Haunted in Langhorne, PA
My first house was an old two bedroom cinderblock home built in the late 40's. I fell in love with the home despite the five layers of wallpaper, the cigarette stained windows, the green, red and blue shag rugs and the disembodied dolls. That's right. Every built-in drawer, every closet, and the basement, oh my the basement, was filled to the gills with dolls. There were limbs and headless bodies tangled up in piles and I still remember the little doll faces with their one glass eye open, peering eerily at me. It was an unbelievable sight!
But that was nothing.
After I renovated the place there were plenty of other strange occurrences. The aroma of a freshly lit cigarette would fill a room at random times during the years I lived there. I did not smoke! The bathroom walls would ooze this weird liquid all of the time! Things would go missing and pop up where they had been thought to be placed, sometime hours later, sometime days later!
And in the basement, though the dolls had been long since removed, I always had the feeling that I was being watched.
