Oh, but before you judge, let me just say she is a friend, the Green Block Captain for our block, and one of the chief administrators of the Hancock Beautification Project Facebook Page and yes, she has been know to tip the pint on occasion at our local watering holes.

I thought it would be a good Tip Jar tip this week and a great resource for everyone in Philadelphia who ever had a question about TRASH but were afraid to ask. Make life a little easier by knowing your collection days and holiday schedule for trash and recycling pickup, report problems, and find out what you can and can't recycle. You'd be surprised at what you may be doing wrong.
