With the Sugarhouse casino being built less than a half mile away, this is a great opportunity for that savvy developer/investor.
206 E Girard was the home of my great, great grandfather, Lt & Adj John S Riehl. A Civil War vet, he ran a saloon at 206 after the War. He lived there until his death in 1897. He was buried in North Cedar Hill Cemetery with "full military and Masonic honors". I have seen 206 from the outside and look forward to walking its floors.
