This past week I was in Denver at RE/MAX International for Broker / Owner training. It was just amazing.
We literally had the opportunity to be "Above the Crowd" as our class experienced a ride in the balloon !
I was extremely impressed with the new building at RE/MAX headquarters (I posted a few photos on Facebook ) .
We learned a great deal and are now back in Philadelphia and are extremely excited about growing our new office in Northern Liberties !
Agents have an opportunity to join our office now in Northern Liberties before it gets too full and experience all the benefits of the RE/MAX system. It really is amazing when you look at the number of average transactions for a RE/MAX agent versus its peers which is double the second closest competitor. And no competitor is even close to RE/MAX.com in terms of website traffic.
It is great to know that you are at the right place at the right time !

Congratulations on growing a great new RE/MAX Office! One of these days when I'm in Denver visiting family I'm going to make it down to the new offices to look around.
Christopher and Stephanie....meetings like that always recharge you and get you motivated! Being in a small boutique brokerage has the advantage on NO monthly fees, which is nice if your volume is down. But along with it comes the lack of any motivational meetings, training,etc. We are left up to our own to get out and do that...of which I'm pretty good at. I've got a CE scheduled in 2 weeks with Daryl Davis who will be here in ATL.
Glad the meeting was successful for you and you'll have some new recruits on your team soon I am sure!
Been there done that and oh yes what good memories. We had the balloon brought in here for a festival every year when I was with RE/Max. You just don't imagine how big that balloon is and the work that goes to making it happen.
Cindy - The new RE/MAX plaza in Denver is quite awesome ! The building is spectacular. The people are also so professional, dynamic and energetic. It was an amazing experience.

Thom - You are right. It is all good ! What is interesting is that one night Darryl Davis did a live training session on the RE/MAX Satellite Network and we were part of the live studio audience. He gave an awesome presentation ! I do agree though, at the end of the day, we need to make our own motivation and find inspiration daily that helps us be better Realtor and grow our business. These meetings though certainly can provide that charge and vigor.
Joyce - Yes, it is a great deal of work for sure. It is amazing how many balloons are out there. When we move our office, we probably will get one for the grand opening : )
John - You guys should ! And yes, we had a super time and learned a lot. I am in recruiting mode now : )
