Barbara - We love being part of the great redevelopment that is going on all around Philadelphia.

Bill - A bundle indeed.  Thanks for the well wishes !  As speculation has slowed and construction financing drying up, it makes these properties a bit more of a challenge.  But with the right pricing and marketing, the goal will be accomplished.
