On July 28th, we hope you'll stop by the REMAX Access office in Northern Liberties for a first time home buyer session called the PHFA $500 Grant Program with the NKCDC. The session is free and there will be refreshments, guest speakers, and valuable information.
Whether you are buying soon or hope to in the future, now is the time to get up to speed on the home buying process and to gain the credentials and see if you qualify for a free city grant to help first time buyers with closing costs. NKCDC will be discussing the government grant program that will contribute up to $500 to eligible buyers. Those that qualify for the grant during this session will fulfill the prerequisite counseling needed to collect the grant money.
