Talk about real estate in different forms, huh? Great job featuring Philli, my friend. Hope all is well.

Wow, A Parkominium...I understand this as Austin is now a place where parking is now a premium. Good post pointing this out and just as valid in other cities where parking is now extremely valuable real estate!

Wish that was there when I lived in town!!!  I sold my car, and my roommate, who openly declared war on the parking authority) racked up over $3000 in tickets in just under a year!!

Hope to see you guys at RainCamp - hopefully, parking is covered :-)!

Joe- You may be doing a home inspection for one of our listings... Emerald Street this weekend! We will keep our fingers clrossed all goes well for the buyer. You are an excellent Home inspector.

Russel- We always thought it was a brilliant idea. Hope others catch on. These spaces are extremely discounted.

Lo Yeo- Doing great! Thanks for your comments.
