Stephanie and I were all out of food today after the Christmas holiday so we took a trip to Whole Foods. It just so happened the same time we went it was right before a huge snow storm that was coming to Philadelphia so everyone and their mother was doing their shopping !
IT WAS CRAZY !!!
I had a bit of panic attack when I first saw the line to check out but then Stephanie reminded me that "every moment can be a moment" . If you are on the east coast, stay warm and safe through this snow storm !

Christopher....the blizzard of '78 created panic with every snow storm after that one.....we were without power for a week and snowed in...the streets were plowed days after the storm....we had drifts that were 5' high....the grocery store shelves were bare.
OMG....WOW....those lines are crazy!!! I hope you stay warm & safe through this storm! It finally stopped snowing down here in my neck of the woods.
I didn't get to see my daughter today because of Mayor Nutter's emergency declaration. We had a family party planned in DE for noon, but she was afraid to leave the city. :(
I hope the storm isn't so bad. And I hope your neighborhood store didn't run out of food!
Looking forward to a productive day at home.
Oh, and I remember that snow storm in '78. I was a kid and I think the snow was higher than I was. That was weird.
I can only imagine how chaotic the store was...I'm sure your pics don't even do it full justice.
No snow here in middle GA. ;-)
What great photos! Here in Chesapeake the official count is 13 inches of snow but I think we received more. I drove the 4.2 miles to Walmart yesterday and needed a nice glass of wine when I returned home! The roads were awful! Stay warm and safe up there in PA!
