Bridesburg is the Neighborhood Where Everything Sells

When a home goes up for sale in Bridesburg, it sells. We rarely see a home sit forever on the market over there, seldomly see a home expire, and almost never watch a property go from realtor to realtor without being sold. Bridesburg is the neighborhood where everything sells.

Bridesburg is a small subdivision Northeast of Philadelphia, above Fishtown and Port Richmond. Built on the backs of hardworking Philadelphians for generations, the Bridesburg community still retains the look and feel of a small town in the 1950's with a unique charm that is almost comforting. Perhaps the reason Bridesburg has remained in a time bubble is because it is geographically sheltered from the influences of the rest of Philadelphia. Bridesburg is sandwiched between the heavy industrial section off of Interstate 95 and and the majestic Delaware River.

After two years of evaluating the selling trends of neighborhoods that host homes that sell for under $200,000 in Philadelphia such as Graduate Hospital, Point Breeze, Pennsport, Brewerytown, Francisville, Old Kensington, etc., we noticed that Bridesburg is the one area, that rarely, if ever, has a home that expires from the market without being sold.

Prices there are affordable, the lifestyle in Bridesburg has passed the test of time, and it's unique geographic location will continue to protect and shelter the area for generations to come.
