As someone already commented, a picture is worth a 1,000 words... Below are some of the photos from our recent trip to Rehobeth Beach - a beach sanctuary for us to take a break from the stress and anxiety that the real estate market can bring sometimes.
The Boardwalk Plaza hotel in Rehobeth is simply awesome. Browseabout Books has the best coffee in Rehobeth, and the beach itself - is beautiful. We also saw many dolphins but missed the opportunity to catch a photo of them... next time !

Ahhhh Rehobeth! Thanks Chris & Stephanie for a little jog down memory lane!
Christopher & Stephanie,
I did no allow myself a proper summer vacation this year. These photos are tempting. Perhaps a beach bound getaway post season is in the offing.
Chris, Pictures certainly saw a thousand words, these said a thousand and ONE...they are lovely!
Is that coral colored hotel on the sand for real? It looks too cool to be real...must have been photo shopped! :o)
Sharon - you are welcome ! Rehobeth is a Sanctuary to Stephanie and myself.
William - going to the beach in the offseason is a great idea. Places like Rehobeth in September and October are beautiful and relaxing - and without the crowds !
Carole - I was impressed with the photos as well... you dont even need a narrative.
Cristal - no photo shopping here ! I dont even know how to do that. Is simply beautiful there.
*Sigh* I miss the beach:-( I need to get there sooner rather than later. The pictures here bring out a sense of peace and good times.
Pretty pics! It reminds of a trip I took to the area just NE of Jacksonville Florida, Fernandino Beach. We also trecked up to Jeckyll Island, GA. Quiet area. Lots of little shops and restaurants. I am heading to the west coast Friday... I hope it is this peaceful.
This makes me very excited for our vacation in November. We are going to Daytona Beach for a week. I know, seems weird to go to Daytona Beach in November, but it is our anniversary month and it seems like the slowest month for me.
Jason - I hear you ! Sounds like you need a break. I would get there sooner than later - is a great sanctuary.
Amanda - Hope you hav a great time ! I think the beach brings back good memories to us all.
Paul - That is great that you have something to look foward to. That is one of the best things about planned vacations. Is that when there is a tough week or month, there is a bucket of gold on the other side of the rainbow.
Hi Guys...I love the color in your pics...their fun to look at...I hope selling is well for you..Cape Cod continues to provide lots of challenges and fun..
Tara,
Thanks for stopping by ! I was amazed at how these photos came out, but Rehobeth is so beautiful and a little heaven for us, the beauty just comes our natural from the beach, atmosphere...etc. Cape Cod must also be exquisite this time of year...
I love the ocean. What a great looking place! It is always good to get away.
Hey guys - those are some nice pictures you took of Rehoboth. Rehobeth is such a common misspelling - I am surprised our city has not made it official - ha ha ha.
Glad you enjoyed it here. By the by Rehoboth means "room for more" so when you are ready to come here permanent just give my team a call.
Regina - we are ready ! After the week we had this week, and today, would love to get back to Rehobeth now !!! and stay for awhile. I am sure it must be great for you to be there year round. We know the Debbie Reed team does well ! Will contact you when it becomes a reality. Someone in our office, Tim Deluca, is related to Debbie I believe... he has property in Rehboth as well who loves it there also !!
Cristal, the pink hotel--The Boardwalk Plaza--is on the Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. They have outdoor seating right on the boards, so eaters can sit and watch the people strolling and the ocean rolling! In February of 2003, my family, some friends and I ate lunch inside Victoria's--the restaurant at the hotel--and watch the ocean put on the most dramatic show while The Blizzard of the Century moved South. I'll never forget it.
