We received a phone call from a seller a few days ago who had a condo to sell in Queen Village. The person had done their online research and found us !! We met with the folks yesterday, gave our presentation and we had a client ! See Queen Village gem . The two items they were impressed the most with was:
1. Our Site
2. Our Blog
Stephanie and I have put a lot of time and investment in our site - The Somers Team. And recently our blog - The Philadelphia Real Estate Blog.
It is a direct result that from the active rain blog that has helped our site go higher and higher in Google - we are coming up on some searches on p. 1, others p. 2 and p.3 and so forth. It is amazing what Active Rain has done for us in a short period of time.
What is even better is that we love blogging - it is fun, interactive and a release for us. I would continue to do it just for that, but the benefits end up being much more as consumers are finding us on the web and sellers are interested in having their listings get the maximum internet exposure possible - and as of right now, that is through us in our Philadelphia area !
In this whacky real estate market, there is such a huge opportunity to grow your web presence and in turn, expand and grow your market share in your respective area !

You guys have really taken this by the horns! I need to follow your lead! I can't even figure out my outside blog....it is there but floating in cyberspace I think! argh

Well you are ahead of me. No listings yet from AR. Brings back memories though. I ran a natural foods restaurant at the corner of Front and Queen, in a frank lloyd wright church, back in 1971-72. Queen Village has changed A LOT since then right? Aloha from Kauai...
Congratulations! Feels great, doesn't it? I am currently marketing a listing I got on Active Rain. I got 3 referrals on the same day. Two of them were buyer leads that didn't really pan out, but the third had a very successful result. I got some wonderful people as clients, and they seem happy with me. All I have to do now is get that puppy sold!
