Being at the Inman Real Estate Conference, Gary Vaynerchuck gave an inspiring speech. Anyone looking for some strong inspiration, this is a must see. It was even better in person !
Some of the highlights I picked up were:
1. Get out of your house and make it happen !
2. Own yourself - embrace your own DNA !
3. Stop crying !
4. Negativity rocks (not everybody wins) - this is the best time to gain market share !
5. Build other revenue streams as part of your business.
6. Give out content .
7. Leverage the Community - it is one "giant ass" mixer !

We all have that little switch in our brand to turn on or off that mindset switch. Let's see what happens with our new leader if that switch can turn on. I am cautiously optimistic........
That is great that you made it out there. I watched the video from a link someone shared with me. Very motivational. He is just a down to earth, tell it like it is kind of guy and has a lot of energy.

Chris... I went to the link to view Gary's speech, but to just took me to the main page. In any case, glad that you got something out of it. I think one of the most important things that you mentioned was give out content. Question though, you said negativity rocks. Am I missing something on that statement? thanks

Glad you got much out of the event. Everyone needs to go to some kind of similar event to keep the physic up! Sellers want to work with successful people, they are scared of the market and want to know they are in capable hands. Confidence is key in today's market.
