Philly Investor Hub has been Updated ! All feedback appreciated.

Philly Investor Hub

Philly Investor Hub

Philly Investor Hub has a new face and updated content.  Please take a moment to view the site and let us know what you think !

The goal of the sites is to provide resources for both buyers and sellers of Philadelphia Investment properties.  Investors can search for not only our listings but all Philadelphia properties.  Sellers also have an opportunity to have an expanded network of potential buyers when there property is marketed by The Somers on Philly Investor Hub.

In addition, we have updated "Why Philly" .

Under Resources, we have "Blogs Best" where many of our blog entries about investing in real estate or the Philadelphia market is highlighted.

We even have same of favourite investment books highlighted under Resources.

Our folks at Intention Marketing have helped us launch and update this site.  We believe it can provide a needed and important resource to individuals and businesses thinking about buying or selling investment properties in Philadelphia.  Further, as the market starts to improve, we believe it will be the investment market that will heat up first.   Being that very few agents specialize in this area, our expertise and experience becomes extremely valuable for those buyers and sellers that reach out to us.

Traffic week over week is already growing at least 10 percent according to our Google Analytics report.

We appreciate your thoughts and your feedback !  And of course, if interested in buying or selling in Philadelphia, contact Chris and Stephanie Somers at thesomersteam@yahoo.com or 215-400-2612.

Chris - I like the look and general feel of the site.  Seems pretty easy to navigate.  One of these days I may have a site worth checking out:)

Looking good.

Homepage:

  • The image graphics on the homepage do not display correctly using the FireFox web browser.  They appear to right of the main content frame requiring the user to scroll over very far to the right to see the images.

Find a Property:

  • Possibly a more robust map graphic that displays the smaller neighborhoods.  For instance, I may not be familar with the location of Fishtown.  I don't see it on the map, but I do see the zip code for Fishtown below.  Google maps has a very cool feature that allows you to shade sections such as neighborhoods and lable them.  After creating the personalized map it becomes public information and viewable to all.  You may even integrate the map into your webpage.  Here is an example http://maps.google.com/maps?q=hoboken%20wards&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl
  • An ultimate goal to strive for is mapping integrated with your listings, allowing quick one-click access
  • A Search function by address might be usefull for someone that drove by the physical location and has the address but nothing else.
  • Lastly, maybe assigning a unique listing ID so that repeat visitors can revisit a listing by just plugging in the ID instead of navigating their way back to it.

Excellent job.  As a consumer I think the resources provided are excellent!

Hi Chris - I took a look...curious why you have sports news on this?

Posted by Bill Gassett Metrowest Massachusetts Real Estate (RE/MAX Executive Realty) over 3 years ago

Jason Sardi - Thanks for the update and taking the time to check it out.  Am glad it is easy to navigate.  If you want a site, I can hook you up with some good web developers !  Is pretty straight foward but can be costly too.

Jason - Wow, that is great feedback !  Will look into the Google map feature... really like the idea.  The listings already have a MLS number but will speak to our web folks about the ideas.  Thanks so much !

Bill - I think the feed is 95 percent real estate related but perhaps a sports article can get mixed in as well.  If it did, maybe the article is real estate or business related.

Hi guys. In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. Help me! I find sites on the topic: Free bunco score cards. I found only this - royal bank in malaysia. Harbor car loans provides car loans, bad credit car loans for people with bad credit. The purpose of this web site is to provide general information regarding the finance fund and the programs run therein. Waiting for a reply , Jena from Brunei.
